inferrajads ("we", "us", "our") operates an online AI development school based at 175 Prajak Silpakom Road, Mak Khaeng, Mueang, Udon Thani 41000, Thailand. 2.2 Programme Delivery

- Progress and completion records within each programme
2.3 Website Usage Data

Legal basis: We process enquiry and programme data on the basis of your consent (submitted forms) and contract performance (delivering the programme you enrolled in). Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time via our cookie settings.
Retention: Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from last contact. Programme records are retained for up to 3 years from programme completion. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 6.

- Programme delivery — we use contact details and submission content to manage your enrolment, provide feedback, and communicate about your progress.
